How My Background Helps Me Guide You Toward Positive Change

LH Coaching was born out of my deep desire to help individuals who feel stuck and need support to move forward. After spending over 15 years working in the child welfare field, I took a break in 2024 to regroup and focus on my own growth. During that time, I worked with a life coach and got certified as one myself. I realized that having someone by my side during tough moments could have helped me make better career decisions sooner. That realization led me to create LH Coaching.

With my extensive experience working with children, families, and incarcerated individuals, I’ve always been driven to help others navigate difficult times and discover their strengths. By offering personalized coaching, I aim to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and create lasting positive change in both their personal and professional lives.
